GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION :
Ensuring documentary production for Vehicle Engineering (nomenclature, plans and 3D numbering) Animating the operational trade directions for compliance with the documentary quality at the project milestones. Providing the factory plant with high-quality technical documentation in compliance with regulations.
Ensuring documentary quality (without anomalies MDA reported by the plants). RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:
Field of application The mission is carried out both for the project phase and during the vehicle's series life; for all projects developed within RTR as well as those delegated by TCR.
Detailed missions
Creation and management of references for parts and materials contributing to the manufacturing of the vehicle/mechanical components; Creation and management of generic parts and nomenclatures for managed vehicles; Creation of manufacturing and usage affectations for parts; Creation and management of design variants, using MTCs to express the diversity of the vehicle range both in the ET (study) and BE (series production) stages; Creation and management of POE/POI assemblies, creating manufacturing compositions of parts for its responsibility perimeter; Creation and management of evolution files (officialization of documentation as a product of Engineering); choosing the category of the file, its origin, and its links with other files; Creation and calculation of QCDPR assembly;updating and archiving on the server; Analyzing the technical drawings and transposing data into SIGNE; Interpretation of output data written in their own evolution files; Information dissemination to trades about developments in used applications (SIGNE, GDG, TCS, LUP); Knowledge of Project DT and documentation of new references in Project DT; Upon prior express request from the employer, carrying out research and development activities and/or technological development, under the conditions established by the applicable legislation in force.
OBLIGATIONS REGARDING WORKPLACE SAFETY AND CONDITIONS: To conduct their activities in accordance with their training and instruction, as well as with the instructions received from the employer, so as not to expose themselves or others to the risk of injury or occupational illness during the work process. In particular, for the purpose of achieving the objectives mentioned above, the employee has the following obligations: a) To correctly use machinery, equipment, tools, hazardous substances, transportation equipment, and other production means; b) To correctly use the provided personal protective equipment and, after use, to return it or place it in the designated storage location; c) Not to deactivate, modify, change, or arbitrarily remove their own safety devices, especially those of machinery, equipment, tools, technical installations, and buildings, and to correctly use these devices; d) To immediately inform the employer and/or designated workers of any work situation that they have reasonable grounds to consider a danger to the safety and health of workers, as well as any deficiencies in protection systems; e) To inform the workplace supervisor and/or employer of any accidents suffered by themselves; f) To cooperate with the employer and/or designated workers, as necessary, to enable the implementation of any measures or requirements ordered by labor inspectors and health inspectors for the protection of workers' health and safety; g) To cooperate, as necessary, with the employer and/or designated workers, to allow the employer to ensure that the work environment and conditions are safe and free from risks to health and safety, within their area of activity; h) To familiarize themselves with and comply with the provisions of legislation in the field of occupational health and safety and their implementation measures; i) To provide the information requested by labor inspectors and health inspectors; j) To comply with the requirements contained in the current specific legislation in the field of emergency situations. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
To fulfill the specific responsibilities/tasks of the occupied position, as well as any other tasks related to their area of activity, while strictly adhering to internal regulations, as well as any other internal document of the company that establishes norms, rules, procedures, work methodologies, operating methods, etc. ACTIVITY PERIMETER:
Vehicle parts included in GFE 11-96. The mission is carried out both for the project phase and during the vehicle's series life; for all projects developed within RTR as well as those delegated by TCR.
