Role & Responsibilities:Installation & Setup

:

Install and set up machinery, tools, and equipment as per specifications.

Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly before handover.

Maintenance & Repairs

:

Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment.

Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and replace faulty parts.

Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.

Troubleshooting

:

Identify malfunctions and provide solutions quickly to avoid delays.

Utilize diagnostic tools and manuals to resolve issues effectively.

Safety Compliance

:

Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.

Follow guidelines for the safe operation and handling of machinery.

Report safety hazards immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

:

Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and services performed.

Create detailed reports on equipment issues and the actions taken.

Ensure accurate inventory management for tools and parts.

Collaboration

:

Work with other team members, including engineers and helpers, to complete tasks.

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced staff.

Qualification:

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components

Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced electricians

Familiarity with vision inspection systems is a plus

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,800.00 per month
