The Ricoh Technician will be responsible for installation, service, and technical support for Ricoh production and office equipment. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, equipment maintenance, and efficient service delivery in an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Ricoh copiers and office equipment. Diagnose and repair issues efficiently. Order and replace parts as required.
Installations & Training: Install Ricoh production and office equipment. Train clients on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. Provide prompt and professional responses to service requests.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all services, including diagnostics, repairs, and client interactions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing Ricoh production equipment. Strong knowledge of Ricoh product lines, including diagnostics and software integrations. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to train others effectively.
