- Carry out repairs as per manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s standard, comply with work instructions manual.
- F1 \xe2\x80\x93 Fix it Right First Time
- Completion of job within allotted time
- Feedback on additional repairs to Team Leader, Foreman and Controller
- Inform in advance about the delay in work to Team Leader /Foreman
- Must carry out over time whenever the workshop load increases as per Team Leader /Foreman/Controller\xe2\x80\x99s request.
- Oils/Consumables recording on Job Card
- Handling of customer\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle in a safely manner
- Raising parts requisition
- Fill up warranty tags, attach with warranty parts and store it in the warranty room.
- Inform/obtain approval from Team Leader /Foreman for additional repairs/warranty jobs.
- Ensure to use protective covers for customer vehicles
- Cleanliness of work area
- Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP and safety gears used at workplace (personal safety/equipment safety/customer\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle etc.)
- Keeping uniform and shoes in a clean condition
- Ensure that materials drawn on job cards are used for respective vehicle
- 2 year I.T.I in Automobile / 3-year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical or equivalent.
- 5 years minimum experience in Dealership with minimum 2 years as a technician.
- Physical fitness to carry out the repairs
