Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Technician (Injection and Extrusion molding)

to join our dynamic team. This role is centered on delivering exceptional maintenance solutions and post-sale assistance to ensure seamless operation of our clients' industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise, a knack for troubleshooting, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, setup, and commissioning of injection molding machines to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to enhance equipment performance and longevity. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled system issues efficiently. Deliver hands-on technical support and training to clients, both remotely and on-site. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of

2 year of hands-on experience

in installing, maintaining, and resolving technical issues with injection molding machinery. Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical wiring, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and PLC automation technology. Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges proactively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients. Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site assignments and client support.
