Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of tech devices, including MacBooks, smartphones, tablets, and other electronics.
• Perform hardware and software repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide expert tech support.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring same-day repair service.
• Stay updated on the latest tech trends and repair techniques.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in repairing a wide range of devices (smartphones, laptops, desktops, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of MacBooks, iPhones, Android devices, and other tech gadget
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple terms.
• Must have your own tools and be comfortable with various tech equipment.
• Previous experience in a tech repair shop or service center is a plus.
