Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of digital display systems. This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup:

Install and configure digital screens and related hardware in various locations.

Ensure all installations are completed accurately and within the scheduled timeframe.

Coordinate with other team members and clients to ensure seamless installation processes.

2. Maintenance and Repair:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on digital screens.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including software and hardware problems.

Perform repairs and replace faulty components to restore screen functionality.

3. Software Management:

Install and update software for digital screens, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

Manage content uploads and ensure the proper functioning of digital signage software.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations.

Generate reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding technical issues and solutions.

5. Technical Support:

Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.

Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Offer remote support when necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

6. Quality Assurance:

Ensure all digital screens are operating at peak performance and meet quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing digital screens or similar equipment.

Strong knowledge of digital signage software and hardware components.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel to various installation sites as needed.
