• Trouble shooting and repair of ACs(window a/c and split a/c),home appliance like Washing machines, Refrigerators, Cooking Ranges etc. Repair and making carpentry works.
• Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time
• Installation of window and split A/Cs.
• Achieve and/or exceed the budgeted revenue / GM
• Professional communication with customer regarding \'repair-specific information\xe2\x80\x9d and educate them further on the usability and increased utility value of the product so as to \xe2\x80\x9cengage the customer\xe2\x80\x9d in the long run.
• Shall be required to field / on-site/ projects requirement / transferable.
• Should be ready to learn cross function experience (ex. AV, Mobile, Nokia etc)

What equips you for the role:

• Diploma/ ITI with similar experience
• Minimum 2 years in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/ or 2 - 3 year work experience in the similar field.
• AC/HA Repair and Installation experience.
