DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job description:
• Receives client calls/complaints/requests
• Coordinates and dispatches field technicians to clients
• Receives and uploads service reports from technicians to ERP system
• Sets maintenance appointments and generates maintenance schedules
• Tracks field personnel location for ease of callback response times
• Generates repair proposals (based on technician and warehouse personnel feedback on cost and spares availability)
• Create business rapport with clients via email to generate sales
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in technical/maintenance or other related field is a must.
• Preferably Female (Philippines)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
