Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates\' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments, tests, and background checks as required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar leadership role.
