Become the Go-To Sales Expert for major Decorative Projects, drive growth and shape the future of sustainable coatings solutions in Oman! You will be the frontline person responsible for maintaining assigned existing customers and acquiring new businesses in the decorative projects segment in Oman.
Here's some of the other things you can look forward to:
Main point of contact for our - ATL customers and develop long term relationships with major accounts.
Work closely with tier-1 contractors, reflect our professional image, and develop the certified applicators for ensuring proper execution of Hempel material as per the company's recommendations.
Work with the customers to provide them with required assistance to the mega-projects across Oman.
Ensure achievement and execution of business targets in terms of volume, value and profitability.
Provide technical specifications and presentations to Clients and Consultants.
Actively focus on introduction and launch of new products, Decorating and Flooring.
Liaise with customer service on order and pricing strategies and with logistic teams on product forecasting to ensure a high service level to the customers.
Manage working capital through active management of account receivables.
Ensure all activities are regularly updated in the CRM, and all opportunities are adequately followed up on.
Develop and communicate strategic sales plans to grow market share and sales.
The role will be based in Oman and will report into Sales Manager Decorative Projects- Oman
You should also have the following qualifications:
Equivalent or Bachelor's in business administration or any other related field and a proven leadership experience in commercially driven strategic sales is required.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX).
Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability, to communicate in Arabic.
Highly customer oriented.
Excellent negotiations skills.
Ability to create short term sales results and long-term customer relationships.
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
