Overview:

Create and maintain clear, concise & accurate documentation, as well as create compelling go-to-market collaterals for Core42's solutions & offerings in the market.

Core42 is the UAE's national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group's expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities:
• Use in-depth technical knowledge and clarity of writing to create solution architecture diagrams, explainer modules, product manuals, marketing & sales collaterals, etc.
• Work closely with the sales & technical development teams to create all the standard information customers need to understand Core42's offerings.
• Create presentations, case studies, and other material that will help promote Core42 solutions and demonstrate their capabilities.
• Create a standard proposal format and tailor it to meet the specific requirements of each opportunity.
• Ensure that the solution and its technical documentation comply with all relevant security & privacy standards, as well as the requirements of regulatory bodies and the government.
• Create go-to-market collaterals including brochures, flyers, and other marketing material that promote the features and benefits of Core42's solutions to potential customers and partners.
• Update and maintain all technical documentation, ensuring that it remains current and relevant as the solution evolves over time.
• Ensure that stakeholders have access to the information they need to fully understand and leverage the features & benefits of Core42 solutions.
• Create reference architecture that provides a high-level view of the solution and its components, how they fit together, and how they integrate with existing systems.
• Create standard documents such as functional requirements, design specifications & test plans as a reference for sales and technical development teams.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies & industry trends, and recommend technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of Core42 customers.
• Conduct research and gather information about the technology and vendor, review whitepapers, case studies, and other relevant material.


Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing or equivalent
• Advanced certification in technical writing, IT, IoT, or related fields
• A strong technical background, including knowledge of IoT technologies, Smart Nation / Cities, and networking protocols

Minimum Experience: • Minimum X years of experience in technical writing

Job Specific Skills: • Knowledge of Digital Transformation, Smart Cities / Nations, Cloud, and Cyber Security
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation and marketing collaterals
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
