Title: Technical Training Manager (for Construction Workers)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Full - Time

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering hands-on technical training programs for construction workers, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently and meet project quality standards. This role involves training workers on various construction techniques, materials handling, equipment usage, and work methods to improve productivity and minimize errors.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and tools.

Experience in hands-on training for construction workers on site.

Strong understanding of concrete works, masonry, rebar installation, shuttering, and finishing works.

Ability to conduct practical, on the-job training in an easy-to-understand manner.

Excellent communication skills to work with laborers of different backgrounds and skill levels.

Problem solving and leadership skills to improve workforce efficiency and reduce rework.

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in training construction workers in GCC.

Hands-on experience with construction equipment, formwork systems, and concrete applications.

Experience in developing and implementing technical training programs in a construction setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED50,000.00 per month
