To liaise with dealers and customers on their training requirement and prepare the training quotations,
Responsible for SAP invoicing and prepare annual training calendar and brochure for communication to all relevant stakeholders.
To conduct technical training programs as planned including ad hoc requirement
To assist and support technicians/engineers in enhancing technical knowledge
To liaise with dealers, prepare and maintain a technician development program
To maintain existing training simulators and build new as and when required
To support global training centers on training matters
To support site training during commissioning of new machines
Perform other job functions as assigned by the superior
Job requirements:
Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent
4-6 years of working experience
To attain high level training skills for imparting to trainees.
Possess strong analytical skills in the evaluation of technical system, research findings.
Ability to communicate fluently in English for both written and oral.
In depth understanding of Electric, Electronic, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems used in heavy equipment.
Ability to interact with trainees and customers in a multicultural environment with people of different backgrounds, varying abilities and skill levels as well as language challenges.
Fostering positive and constructive relationships with customers, dealers and Manitowoc technicians and management.
