Overview:
: Technical Trainer The Opportunity



As a Technical Trainer on our team, you will deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for our clients in both English and Arabic. Your responsibilities will also include creating or translating training materials, such as presentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training videos.
To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner who can acquire technical expertise in AI and big data analytics. You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaborate with a team in an agile, fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator, skilled in developing training content for both technical and non-technical audiences in English and Arabic. About Presight

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

• You collaborate with the training and content teams to curate and develop technical training course content, plan training programs, and conduct training sessions that align with business and client needs.
• You create, review, and/or translate high-quality training materials and artifacts.
• You organize and deliver engaging and interactive onsite and offsite instructor-led classroom and virtual training.
• You work closely with SMEs, developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the Presight products and solutions.
• You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to express yourself clearly and deliver impactful learning experiences.
• You analyze the effectiveness of training programs and continually develop plans for improving training delivery.
• You are curious and research relevant topics to include in the course while also engaging with technical experts to design training materials.
• You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Skills: • Ability to deliver training in English and Arabic related to data analytics, BI, and AI products and solutions.
• Proficient in creating and translating training content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mastery of MS Word and MS PowerPoint is mandatory. Experience with other learning and content tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of new-generation AI content tools is a plus.
• Proven success in developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that positively impact organizational results.
• Experience in establishing or working within a training academy will be an added advantage.
• Capacity to quickly grasp new technical concepts, learn new tools, and adapt to changes in the technical landscape.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and materials under tight deadlines.


Qualifications:
Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, skilled in creating training content and designing and preparing training programs, materials, and workshops.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations both domestically and internationally, if required.
