As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for: -Managing the internal software support team and evaluating skills and performances. -Evaluate daily, weekly and monthly teams productivity. -Ensuring end-user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis. -Setting specific end-user service standards. -Establishing best practices throughout the entire technical support process. -Identify areas of improvement.This role combines strong leadership and communication skills with technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Computer science, IT, or any related field -Up to 4 years of experience managing a technical team in a software environment. -Hands-on experience in providing technical support for software products. -Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate a team. -Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular. -Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude -Task-oriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue and ability to prioritize -Preferable to have experience with IT support ticketing systems e.g.helpdesk -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work under pressure -Good DevOps skills are a plus -Good AWS knowledge is a plus Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
