Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced technical support supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be in charge of managing a technical area's staff and operations, including time scheduling, as well as the maintenance, installation, and commissioning of LFP/WFP equipment. The engineer's work description includes remote support, active sales, and support for maintenance agreements. The work also includes supporting print quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of technical support staff to provide efficient support to clients.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of all LFP/WFP printing and post-finishing.
• Maintain LFP and WFP equipment.
• Setup and operate LFP/WPP equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed LFP/WFP equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve technical skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the digital printing or related industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
