Technical Support Specialist (e Commerce & Software Installation)

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist our online team with order management, customer support, and software installation for online purchases. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background and experience in customer or technical support.

Responsibilities



Assist customers with software installation and troubleshooting. Provide tech support for online orders and related inquiries. Manage support tickets and respond to customer requests. Work closely with the online team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Requirements



Prior experience in technical support or customer service. Strong IT knowledge and problem-solving skills. Ability to assist customers with software installations remotely. Excellent communication skills. ERP and support ticketing system experience is a plus.

Preferred:
