The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Genesis call center platform to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for the Genesis call center solution to internal teams and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Genesis platform, including software, hardware, and network problems.

Qualifications:
