Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus.
