Travelling for Installations of Yale Smart products in the UAE
Determining the technical issue and replacing the defective product if required
Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure optimal operating condition.
Documenting all installations done based on the schedule.
Filling Installation Forms
Providing training to customers on how to operate smart locks, alarms, cameras and other equipments.
Testing functionality and performance following system installation
Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner that doesnt expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk.
Willingness to train on company specific technical equipment.
Problem solving skills to handle repairs and equipment issues during service calls.
Good customer skills when working directly with residential and business customers.
Troubleshooting problems with existing equipments.
Ensuring that connections are tested to ensure that they are operational.
Addressing any questions, the client may have about the apparatus.
Notify the Manager regarding additional damage/parts discovered.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability to various task requirement.
Should be able to use templates for lock mortise drilling.
Experience of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels etc.
Uses power tools and other tools to cut and shape wood and other materials.
Maintaining the work vehicle.
Qualification:
High School Diploma/ITI in Electrical/ Mechanical background
Minimum total experience of 3 years in technical department
Proven work experience as an installation technician
Good communication skills when co-ordinating with team member and customer
Have experience in carpentry works.
Clear understanding of electronic, cabling, telecommunication system and mechanical
