Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to handle maintenance and repairs across various systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks, helping reduce reliance on external contractors and cut maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency repairs across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other maintenance issues.
• Manage tasks independently and within deadlines.
• Identify areas for process improvement in maintenance workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multiple technical fields (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Relevant certifications and training.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi.
