The Technical Support Executive will provide technical support to users in multiple levels of experience and system access, prepare documentation, provide training, improve system usability by working with other members of the application team, and support corporate strategies and goals. The position involves telephone support, although the specialist may also assist users through emails and messaging services as well. It is of utmost importance that the executive has extensive knowledge of the enterprise applications.
Responsibilities :
Essential Duties
• Provide expertise and technical knowledge about the suite of HRIS/HCM applications being provide both internally and externally to users.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues with software applications, and escalate or close tickets as necessary.
• Train users on specific applications and create user documentation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and configure application as needed
• Tracks all works performed i CRM solution.
• Escalate issues and involves management in situations and /or projects as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
We are looking candidates with:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Management or related field.
• Fluency in written and oral English communication skills is a must.
• Attention to detail, especially when under time constraints; patient; empathetic; people -orientation; good listening skills; strong inter-personal & communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a support or business analyst role or similar capacity
• Or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Prior HCM software knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in more than 2 language other than English is a plus.
• Preferably we are looking for someone with UAE driving license and own car.
Note: Only Candidates with the required experience in HR & Payroll will be considered for this position.
