Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical support and solutions to clients.
• Prepare detailed Auto CAD drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
• Provide on-site and remote technical guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical support.
• Assist in training sessions and technical presentations for clients and team members.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related area
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and related design software.
• 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role (fresh graduates with relevant skills may also apply).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of construction materials or chemicals is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
