:Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a Technical Supervisor specializing in Digital Out of Home (DOOH) and Out of Home (OOH) advertising. This dynamic role requires someone who is an experienced electrician that would oversee the technical operations of digital advertising screens and traditional outdoor advertising platforms to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in advertising technology and collaborating closely with various teams to enhance campaign delivery and effectiveness.Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of DOOH and OOH advertising systems.
Ensure all hardware and software are functioning properly and efficiently for advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to plan for new installations and upgrades.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all technical reports, maintenance logs, and project updates.
Monitor performance metrics of advertising displays and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Effectively utilize MS Office Suite for all documentation, reporting, and communication needs.
Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on best practices for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations related to outdoor advertising.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the DOOH and OOH advertising industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Proven experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in the DOOH and OOH advertising industry.
Strong technical knowledge of digital signage systems and outdoor advertising technologies.
Certified electrician with hands-on experience in digital LED screens, electrical systems, and digital signage.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite for report preparation and documentation.
