Job Description
Job Summary and Purpose: Oversee the technical management of LNG/LPG vessels under NSQL's direct supervision, ensuring reliable, safe, and cost-effective operations, including services provided by third-party managers. Contribute to projects and studies focused on fleet performance to guarantee efficient and dependable operations. Ensure all vessels comply with relevant regulations, legislation, class requirements, and industry standards. Qualifications: Degree in Marine Engineering (Class 1), ideally with a focus on motors and steam, or an equivalent/relevant qualification. Experience as a Chief Engineer on LNG/VLG carriers. Experience: A total of 8-12 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role overseeing LNG/LPG vessels, At least 2 years' experience managing significant repair or maintenance operations on LNG/LPG vessels, A minimum of 2 years as a Chief Engineer aboard LNG/LPG vessels.
