Job SummaryThe Technical Sub-Process Owner (SPO) plays a pivotal role in implementing the OTC Digitalization strategy. Their primary objective is to ensure that the OTC process area is aligned with business priorities and successfully achieves its transformation objectives.The Technical Sub-Process Owner (SPO) is responsible for analysing, interpreting, and documenting business requirements, identifying business problems, capturing and documenting solutions, and facilitating the implementation of these solutions by supporting the IS and OPS teams.The SPO collaborates closely with stakeholders, including GFO, GPO, Corporate, Business Units, GBS, sponsors, and IS teams.
This role is significantly involved in multiple transformational initiatives at various levels within OTC process area.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcess Oversight:
  • Ensure alignment of technical process side with overall business objectives, strategies and OTC Global Process Model.
  • Supports management and development of the technical processes within the OTC area.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization and efficiency enhancements.
  • Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of technical processes.
- Technology Integration:
  • Evaluate and support integration of new technologies to improve and modernize existing OTC process.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the smooth operation of technical processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users on system processes and applications.
  • Identify potential risks within technical processes and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of technologies with OTC business functions.

Period of Experiance4+ years work experience in a similar role of a technical business analyst or a technical developer/tester1.Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
