Job Description

Urgently required a Technical Site Engineer with minimum 5 Years of UAE experience to join our firm.

Must have experience in High-Rise building commercial and residential.

Responsibilities:

• Check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to ensure the accuracy of quantities in the BOQ
• Reviews preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project
• Discuss and suggest technical proposals for design drawings and resolve conflicts between structural and architectural, making bending list and coordination work.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings
• Assist in the preparation of method statements and procedures related to construction.
• Prepare Tender Documents & tender addendum
• Tender analysis & negotiation
• Contract agreement
• Evaluation, negotiation and selection of suppliers / sub-contractors
• Attending pre-tender meetings, site visits, Inspections and preparation of site visit reports
• Preparation, Checking and verification of contractor's interim payment certificates
• Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations
• Monitoring project cost and preparation of cost reports.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of UAE experience in a construction company High-Rise Building
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, REVIT, Word and Excel ...ect
• Must speak Fluent English.
