Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Technical Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural engineering, combined with a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service. As a Technical Showroom Sales Representative, you will be responsible for demonstrating and selling our range of technical products and solutions to customers in a showroom environment. You will assist customers in selecting the right products based on their technical needs and provide tailored recommendations, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting technical products based on their specific needs.

Provide expert advice and technical knowledge about our product range, including civil, mechanical, and architectural solutions.

Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of products to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions and product recommendations.

Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage showroom stock levels.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented showroom to enhance customer experience.

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Assist with showroom inventory management and order processing when needed.

Ensure that all product displays are up to date and accurately reflect available products.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.

Language: Fluent in Tagalog (both written and spoken).

Experience: Previous sales experience in a technical or showroom environment is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, or architectural products and their applications.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.

Ability to engage with customers and build strong, trusting relationships.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using computer systems and sales software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in showroom sales, especially in the construction or technical industries.

Knowledge of industry-standard software or tools related to engineering or design.
