To provide Technical Services thus initiating profitable growth for the SBM Business in the UAE. To build customer goodwill, develop and maintain a professional tech-guide organization and upgrade practices and processes, in line with SGCC/GCP goals and strategic plans.
Is this job for you?
• Collaborating with Sales, Product and Market Management in characterizing the "value in use" (technical benefits and advantages) of our new and existing products, the role function will seek to ensure that we comprehensively communicate our proven technical values so that it is quantified in a way that is meaningful and thus compelling to the customer. This will include understanding how competitive alternatives perform relative to our products and systems
• Support Sales Team in the preparation of technical submittals, method statements as and if required
• To assist all projects during the execution phase, assuring the correct application of our products, bringing our brand to the maximum market acceptance
• Provide Site Visit Reports to customers for all site support visits
• To verify the possibility of new or modified products and system introduction with Product Management/Technical team
• Customer and Sales product and application training
• Co-ordinate efforts with Sales Team & Distributors to maximize wins & profitability
• Co-operate and communicate within GCP and provide timely technical reports
• Ensure daily business is conducted in a professional, safe and ethical manner
To make sure nothing is forgotten Major Focus:
• Assure the complete technical assistance on site to our customer network, during projects execution, including reports for each visit
• Assist and train applicators to achieve the necessary "application best practice" for all of our product and system range
• Cooperate with the marketing group to assess new products applicability and technical performances verification.
• Support sales & marketing group to provide technical sales presentations to key customers as and when required, on case to case basis
• Maintain records of all relevant reports, drawings, submittals and correspondence within ME Sharepoint site
• Take responsibility for the relationships of technical issues with customers, in accordance with GCP technical guideline.
• Offer technical suggestions and advices to designers and consultants ?f required in accordance with published recommendations
