Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reliability Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in reliability engineering, with sales and communication skills. As a Reliability Sales Engineer, you will play a role in driving sales and services growth by providing technical expertise, developing customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, understanding their reliability challenges and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
• Proven experience in reliability engineering, sales, or a related technical sales role. Candidates with condition monitoring experience preferable. (machine health, reliability, vibration analysis, thermography...)
• Strong understanding of reliability principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

UAE Driving License is preferable

VA Certificate is a plus
