Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, preferably within the marine industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine sector, targeting potential clients and markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and expand our network. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position our products in the market. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the marine industry. Strong technical knowledge of marine products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Results-oriented with a strong ability to close sales and negotiate contracts. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
