You will combine technical expertise with a strategic sales approach to grow our PC build segment, manage online presentations, and engage new customers across the UAE and beyond.ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the PC build customer base.
  • Reach out to new customers in the UAE and the region to promote tailored PC solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
Technical Expertise & Product Development
  • Leverage hands-on experience in assembling PCs to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT hardware, components, and trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online presentation of the PC build segment.
Customer Engagement & Support
  • Offer consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable PC builds.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with technical expertise and effective solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth sales and after-sales process for all PC build customers.
Performance Goals
  • Meet individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the PC build segment.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of goals.
Process Optimization
  • Use CRM and sales software to track customer interactions and manage leads.
  • Continuously refine the sales process to boost efficiency and results.
Qualifications
  • A bachelorxe2x80x99s in business, marketing, or an IT-related field is preferred.
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in IT hardware sales or PC building, with knowledge of the UAE market.
  • Proven hands-on experience in assembling PCs and understanding IT hardware components.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, IT equipment, and customer preferences.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and sales software.
  • Outgoing personality with a proactive mindset and a passion for technology.
  • Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).
