Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts across the cement, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical sectors. This role involves promoting the company's industrial products and integrated services, including sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Market Expansion :
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share in the cement, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Technical Consultation :
• Provide expert guidance on raw materials, components, and parts tailored to meet industry-specific needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions to enhance client operations and productivity.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and industrial clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to strengthen partnerships.
• Operational Coordination :
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of sourcing, warehousing, transport, and insurance services.
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods, aligned with client specifications and quality standards.
• Market Analysis and Strategy :
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) or certifications in sales or technical fields are a plus.
• Experience :
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development in cement, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of industrial raw materials, components, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt technical knowledge to diverse industries.
