Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for setting the sales goals and strategies for the team, as well as providing coaching, training, and feedback to the technical sales executives. \xc2\xb7 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team \xc2\xb7 Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the technical sales process is aligned with the company's vision and values. \xc2\xb7 Assist the team in developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and resolving customer issues. \xc2\xb7 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. \xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain the existing customer portfolio while working to establish relationships with potential new customers. \xc2\xb7 Lead the team for new product development and formulations of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care and home care products. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of the products. \xc2\xb7 Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. \xc2\xb7 Perform chemical experiments on products, prepare calculations and data analysis. \xc2\xb7 Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product design. \xc2\xb7 Attending product training courses and seminars. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 A graduate of BsC Chemistry / Pharmacy or equivalent courses \xc2\xb7 With valid UAE driving license \xc2\xb7 Must have minimum 7 years experience in laboratory development and pharma/cosmetics production \xc2\xb7 Has strong technical knowledge in product features and benefits related to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care and home care \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to meet sales and targets \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and management skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED9,000.00 per month Education:
