Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Handling new product development and formulations of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care and home care products. \xc2\xb7 Conducting chemical experiments on products and analyzing results while keeping records. \xc2\xb7 Developing methods to identify and analyze samples. \xc2\xb7 Performing calculations and data analysis. \xc2\xb7 Preparing reports and presenting results to colleagues and supervisors and to customers, as needed. \xc2\xb7 Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product design. \xc2\xb7 Develop product concepts and evaluate designs for functionality and performance. \xc2\xb7 Handling the business development of the pharmaceutical and personal care division. \xc2\xb7 Sourcing potential new customers. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining regular contact with existing customers. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of the products. \xc2\xb7 Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. \xc2\xb7 Preparing tender documents and customer proposals. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining strong customer relations. \xc2\xb7 Attending product training courses and seminars. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 A graduate of BsC Chemistry / Pharmacy or equivalent courses \xc2\xb7 With valid UAE driving license \xc2\xb7 Must have minimum 5 years experience in laboratory development and pharma/cosmetics production \xc2\xb7 Has strong technical knowledge in product features and benefits related to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care and home care \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to meet sales and targets. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
