Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer (Female)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curtain blinds and pergolas, excellent sales and customer service skills, and a valid UAE driving license. This role involves showcasing our products to clients, providing technical advice, and driving sales growth within our showroom. A background in B-Tech and technical expertise in project sales and execution are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information about our range of products, particularly curtain blinds and pergolas.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met and bespoke solutions are developed.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Keep the showroom organized, attractive, and well-stocked with product samples and marketing materials.
• Utilize the company's CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Drive to client sites as needed for consultations, measurements, and sales meetings.
• Participate in project sales and execution, ensuring technical specifications and project timelines are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales role, specifically with curtain blinds and pergolas.
• B-Tech degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required .
• Strong technical expertise in project sales and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• High level of customer service orientation and a professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license .
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
