At Global Esteel and Technical Services LLC. , we specialize in delivering high-quality interior works and steel structure fabrication projects for a diverse range of clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in interior works and steel fabrication to help manage ongoing projects and actively source new business opportunities.

Located at Ras Al Khor industrial Area 2, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee interior works and steel structure fabrication projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Quotations & Estimation: Prepare and present detailed quotations, including material costs, labor estimates, timelines, and other project-related expenses.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by sourcing potential projects, building relationships with clients, and actively seeking out tenders, contracts, and collaborations.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns, and ensuring satisfaction from project initiation through to completion.
• Team Supervision & Coordination: Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, local standards, and company quality policies.
• Project Handover: Ensure smooth handovers to clients, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are complete and meet expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing interior works and steel structure fabrication projects, with a solid understanding of both disciplines.
• Experience with business development and the ability to identify and secure new projects or clients.
• Strong skills in preparing detailed project quotes, budgets, and timelines.
• Proficiency in CAD software and/or other relevant tools for design and technical planning (preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• A background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sourcing and bidding for projects within the construction or fabrication sectors is a strong plus.
