Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our Maintenance Division (Belcare). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to acquire new contracts, strengthen client relationships, and represent our maintenance services effectively. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Identify, target, and secure new contracts in B2B and B2C segments.
• Develop and present customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Address and resolve client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Liaise with engineering, credit, and accounts departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to align with business goals.
• Reporting & Innovation:
• Prepare detailed sales reports, presentations, and analyses for management review.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the maintenance or facilities management sector.
• Skills:
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance services (HVAC, landscaping, water features).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Knowledge:
• Swimming pool, water feature, and lake maintenance.
• HVAC systems, including central air conditioning and split units.
• Soft and hard landscape maintenance.
• Facility management services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, A/C).
