Job Title: Sales Engineer - Fit-out Company: Euro Systems Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out sector by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers to understand their project requirements and position Euro Systems as their preferred solutions provider.Solution Selling: Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized fit-out solutions that address client needs and align with project specifications and budget constraints.Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Euro Systems\' product portfolio, including interior and exterior shades, acoustic ceiling systems, aluminum and glazing, and passive fire protection products, to effectively articulate their features, benefits, and applications.Project Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion, including conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify market gaps and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.Customer Service: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM software to track progress against targets and facilitate strategic decision-making. Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry, with a focus on fit-out solutions. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.Willingness to travel as needed to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.
