Company based in UAE manufacturing Precision Engineered parts & Rubber Moulded products.

Position Open for Technical Sales Coordinator .

Job responsibilities

• Data Entry: Input sales data. (Including product, raw materials and other contract review details).
• Order Tracking: Monitor and update the status of sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Customer Information Management: Maintain and update customer records, including contact details and order history.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking and reporting to ensure raw material availability.
• Support Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team by answering inquiries and providing necessary sales data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as stores, finance, production and purchase, to ensure seamless operations.

Skills

• Attention to Detail.
• Able to read engineering Drawings.
• Good Computer Skills Excel/ Word/ Outlook & other software.
• Good communication Skill in English Speaking & Emailing.

Qualification & Experience requirements

• Diploma in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates having at least 2 years' experience in similar field would be preferred.
• Freshers who have completed their courses & have got their final results can also apply.
