Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Assist candidate onboarding processes by working closely with HRBP and Admin teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with proven experience in talent acquisition and/or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages
  • Open to work with teams across different time zones
