We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team and support the recruitment needs for our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bulk recruitment and technical roles, enabling them to source and hire candidates with a mix of technical expertise and soft skills essential for a BPO environment. This individual will be responsible for Bulk recruitment, Insurance quotations and enrollment. The candidate must have strong knowledge in UAE Law and strong market connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical and operational requirements for roles within the BPO business line.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and BPO roles, including software developers, IT support staff, network engineers, and business analysts....
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring timely placement for critical positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers post-interview and help guide final hiring decisions.
- Oversee the visa application and relocation process for hires, coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure timely and successful onboarding.
- Estimate recruitment costs, including advertising, sourcing, and assessment tools, and ensure alignment with the approved recruitment budget.
- Prepare and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality of hires.
- Develop recruitment plans based on workforce requirements and forecast future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company standards.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring performance, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a BPO or IT environment.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment for BPO or outsourcing companies.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as IT support, software engineers, and other technical BPO functions.
- Excellent understanding of BPO industry operations and staffing needs.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and visa processing for hires.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking recruitment KPIs and optimizing processes.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
