The Role
The Technical Officer (Technical Records) - Level 2 is responsible for recording aircraft maintenance details in the computer management system and aircraft original records, according to GCAA guidelines.
Requirements
High School Diploma o At least 3 years' experience working in Technical Records. o 5-year experience in general clerical and data control work, including 2 years of computer operation. o Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements. o Good understanding of GCAA regulations related to continued airworthiness. o Training & competence with RUSADA. o Knowledge of aircraft logbooks, work orders, task cards, and component records. o Ensuring 100% correctness in maintenance records to meet regulatory compliance. o Identifying gaps in documentation and ensuring timely corrective actions. o Managing large volumes of records efficiently for audits and aircraft transitions. o Ensuring timely updates of aircraft records to support maintenance planning and audits.
