RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical Proposal Manager to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.MissionRINA is seeking a Bid and Proposal Manager to be based in UAE for Engineering Consulting for Real Estate, Infrastructures, and Transports Engineering with a preference for assets related to Railways, Metro, LRT, ports, airports, other transport infrastructures, and logistics.We believe infrastructure creates opportunities for everyoneKey AccountabilitiesThe proposal/bid manager is responsible for maintaining efficient and high calibre support for business development activities and interface with operations.The key focus of the role is to manage the information (also including documentation) to deliver high quality proposals for private and public clients.Bids and proposal submissions
Producing high quality submissions, presentations, qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations, including Letters of Interest (LOIs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and/or for positioning efforts in accordance with RINA brand guidelines and to meet client requirements.
Collecting and assembling content from company archives (such as resumes and project profiles), sub-consulting firms, and technical, or administrative staff.
Coordinate and lays out documents and presentations, and where appropriate complete printing or producing information required from the projects.
Coordinate input of technical components and write technical and non-technical components
Develop and edit simple graphics
Review and edit proposals
Submit proposals to clients
Other bid related responsibilities
Draft of Project Summaries/ Presentations pre and post proposal submission
Update and maintain proposals libraries
Update and maintain database of external consultants as suppliers
Review, filter and communicate tenders received from online or other channels
Update and maintain submissions database and produce reports on request
In conjunction with marketing/ branding team, develop capability statements, skill sheets, project data sheets and CVs in line with corporate guidelines
Interface with operations in the first phase of starting the projects acquired
EducationBachelor\'s Degree in Engineering GeneralQualifications
Minimum 3 years\' experience in a relevant role (Proposal support, Project Manager, Business Development Manager)
Experience as 5 years in companies delivering project management, master planning, engineering design for Urban, Buildings, Infrastructures, Transports. Experience with assets and engineering consulting related to Railways, Metro, LRT, ports, airports, interports, and other transports infrastructures is preferred
Relevant university level qualifications degree in Civil/ Architectural Engineering
Excellent English written communication skills including writing and editing - ability to easily communicate the required ideas or concept and tailor responses to client specifications. Arabic language is a plus.
