Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven solutions on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans that include milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews to drive team performance.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.

Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with technical specifications.

Conduct regular project reviews and audits.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.

PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
