Overview:
Job Title : Technical Project Manager - Cisco to Microsoft Teams Telephony Migration Must Have : Tech PM who has handled Project on CISCO to MS Teams telephony migration project
Location : Oniste, Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end project management efforts for the Cisco to Microsoft Teams telephony migration project.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and migration of telephony services.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to address them.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
