Job Description

Technical Planning and Coordination:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of build guidelines, audio-visual (AV) requirements, and technical production processes for events and exhibitions. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all technical aspects of event production, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technical production plans for events and exhibitions. Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand technical requirements and objectives. Ensure compliance with all build guidelines and safety regulations.

Audio-Visual Management:

Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment, including sound systems, lighting, video displays, and projection systems. Coordinate with AV vendors and technicians to ensure optimal performance and integration of AV elements.

Project Management:

Manage technical production schedules, budgets, and resources. Conduct site inspections and technical rehearsals to identify and resolve potential issues. Supervise on-site technical teams during event setup, execution, and teardown.

Quality Control:

Ensure all technical aspects of events meet high standards of quality and professionalism. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Innovation and Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in event technology and AV solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance technical production processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
