Role Overview: As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and AWS to drive the development process and ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications. Additionally, you will utilize your proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to derive insights and drive data-driven decisions. Your excellent understanding of customer management and experience (CX) principles will be essential in delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in software development.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications deployed on AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and customer success, to define and prioritize technical requirements.
• Utilize data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyze application performance and user behavior, driving continuous improvement.
• Implement and advocate for customer management and experience (CX) best practices, ensuring a user-centric approach in all development efforts.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing new tools and processes to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and AWS.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Excellent understanding of customer management and experience (CX) principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
