Technical Office Engineer
Job Description
JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer who is deadline-driven, meticulous, & technical. They must be experienced in drafting, designing, and computing Floor Plans. Their tasks will primarily be related to Authority Approvals in governing bodies such as; DEWA, Dubai Development Authority, Trakhees, etc. so it will be preferable that the candidate has experience working with these authorities so they can properly submit applications through the respective portals. Aside from that, they would also need to go to sites to inspect the works that need to be done. Lastly, they will have to create Estimates for the works.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Driver's License (Preferable)
• Proven experience in the UAE
• Experience with Authority Portals (DEWA, Dubai Development Authority, Trakhees, etc.)
